When it comes to customer segmentation, you have a lot of options in front of you. Tons of articles are circulating around Internet as well as a huge number of books about customer segmentation. All of those articles and books are great places to start. But all of them will exist on a theoretical plane.

Do not get me wrong here, I do believe in self-education with both new and old theories, but one can often get stuck in these teaching theories. After finishing your book, you still might not know what to do. And you go back to your confort zone: developing another feature instead of selling what you already have in stock. It’s a bad idea pal!
