DESCRIPTION OF MATERIALS

SEAMLESS& SAWLMATERIALS

Steel Pipe and bend for Trunk line:

(1)The supplier must provide ITP and MPS to Company,and Supplier can execute implementation after getting approval from

Company.

(2)The Internal and External anticorrosiveexecuting, supplier must report technical specificationsto Company to review, and get

approvalfrom Company before executing.

(3)The amount of bidding materials in the ITT files may have relative modifications during the contract period which are required by

Company according to the actual site situation, and the modification parts would be calculated according to the actual quantity and

contract price in the contract.

(4)The supplier shall submit completion and handover documents according to Companys request instruction. And the follow

document list is for your information.

(5)The third party inspection unit, supplier must choose the Iraqi government approved list provided by Company; the information as

Ender user department proposed the Key technical indicators are as follows:

(1) Rules of origin for pipes: Steel plates used in Steel pipes must be labeled of the original country.(2) Company do not accept agent bidding.

(3) Supplier qualification: In accordance with America Petroleum Institute (API) certification of authorization to the supplier.

(4)The Supplier has its own whole process of iron smelting, steelmaking, and steel pipe manufacture factory.

(5) The Supplier must have its own anti-sulfur laboratory, and the laboratory needs to have ISO 17025 Certificate.

(6) The Supplier shall ensure 90% of the iron ore are from Australia or Brazil at least.

(7) Either the Supplier has the steel pipes supplying performance in IRAQ, or the Supplier has the Market Access Approval from

Ministry of Oil (MoO) of IRAQ

APPENDIXD

CONTRACT SCHEDULE AND GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE

1. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

To improve the delivery Schedule, Both party agree that the following delivery is without HIC and/or SSC Test Report which could be

submitted later after delivery.

Supplier shall deliver each component of the Material at the Umm Qasr Port (Delivery Point), Iraq with the following Schedule.

First Lot:

For 16 inch and 18 inch Line Pipe:

1.1 Table: Item 1 and Item 2 on or before five months after the contract signed.

Second Lot:

For 18 inch, 20 inch, 24 inch Line Pipe and All Hot Bends:

1.2 Table: Item 1, Item 2, Item 3 and All Hot bends on or before six months after the contract signed.
