What if a grant is ready to be closed prior to February 2011?

• FTA is in the process of modifying the grant closeout screen in TEAM to allow ARRA recipients to submit a final 1201c report at the time of grant closeout.

– For example, if you are ready to close out your grant on June 1, 2010, you will be able to submit a final 1201c report reflecting activities through 5/31/10.

• If your grant is ready to be closed as of January 31, 2010, contact your regional office for assistance.

• If your grant has already been closed, please contact your regional office to submit a final 1201c report via email.
