3.9 Walking Paths

• Measured and Registered with the American

Heart Association and appear on the AHA

website.

• Once the employee walks one of the paths,

they indicate which path on the AHA website

and it automatically journals the number of

steps and distance for the employee. They can

print off the journal and submit to the 10,000 step club.

• Applications for iPhones, Androids, Smart Phones, iPads, Computers� Health Coach App.

� Health Coach has your Biometric and Health Assessment numbers along with the employee’s milestones and goals.

� You can either “Chat”, or “Talk Live” via Skype or iPad with a Health Coach at anytime

� Employee would be able to access their journals, milestones and goals and Health Coach suggested actions
