Serve at room temperature (16-18°C) (61-64°F).
Deep and intense cherry-red in color with a violet hue. The wine presents tremendous aromatic intensity on the nose, marked by cherry, berries, and plum combined with subtle notes of vanilla, tobacco, and anise. It is intense and well balanced on the palate, with very good structure and firm but ripe tannins. The intense finish is long and pleasing.
Variety: Malbec 93%, Syrah 7%.
Harvest: The grapes were hand picked between April 28 and May 5, 2010.
Pair with Italian or spicy sauces, blue cheese and soft cheeses like Brie and
Camembert. Also curry or even Thai food. Perfect with Osobuco, tacos with beef and
chicken, grilled red meat and pork loin. Excellent with nutella pancakes.
Serve at room temperature (16-18°C) (61-64°F).
Gran Reserva Carmenere
Violet-red in color, with an interesting, complex nose marked by black fruit, black pepper, blackberries,ripe plums and a subtle note of leather. Ripe on the palate, with good structure, chalky tannins(typical of its origins in La Capilla), medium body, and a well-balanced finish.
Varieties: Carmenere 96%, Syrah 3%, Petit Verdot 1%.Harvest: The Carmenere was picked May 10 through 14, the Syrah on April 20–24,
Ideal to accompany steaks, roast beef, short ribs, hamburgers and duck or turkey prepared in a rich sauce. Try it with hard cheeses as Parmesano and firm cheeses as Cheddar. As a dessert, pair it with dark chocolate truffles. Serve at room temperature (16-18°C) (61-64°F).
A deep, dark ruby-red in color, with a nose marked by elegant and intense aromas of red fruit, cassis,and berries, accompanied by subtle toasted notes. On the palate this wine is moderately concentrated, with tannins that are notable but ripe and well rounded at the same time. Presents a good balance of tannins, acidity, and oak that leads to a fresh and pleasing finish.
Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 94%, Petit Verdot 2.5%, Syrah 2% and Carmenere 1.5%.
Harvest: The grapes were handpicked from April 21 to May 6, 2010.
With a deep dark purple color, this wine delivers a nose of black fruit, berries and blackberries.The palate is full bodied, with notable yet velvety tannins, lots of fruit, a refreshing taste and a very enjoyable finish.

A deep, dark violet-onyx in color, this wine offers an elegantly perfumed nose with standout blackfruit such as plums, blackberries, and black cherries, along with notes of violet, sweet spices,and blond tobacco. The palate has a smooth texture and great concentration, with a very goodbalance between tannins and acidity. Expressive, elegant, complex, and subtly mineral at thesame time, with an enjoyable, lingering finish.
