In addition to academic development, we recognise and seek to enhance each student’s spiritual, physical and social development. What scholarships are available? Scholarships are available for current and prospective students entering Year 7 in 2021 and provide a 50% discount on annual tuition fees until the end of Year 9. Scholarships are also available for current Heritage College students continuing into Year 10, 2021 and provide a 50% discount on annual tuition fees until the end of Year 12, 2023. Scholarship Categories Heritage College offers scholarships in the following categories: • Academic: awarded to students who excel academically • Creativity: recognises student’s artistic and creative talents • Leadership: recognises students who exhibit a comprehensive range of leadership skills and utilise those skills to make a difference within the community • Music: awarded to students who excel in musical performance • Science: recognises students who exhibit a natural curiosity and interest in the field of science • Service: affirms our belief that acts of service represent a powerful means by which to aid those in need; recognises extended, personal involvement in community service • Sport: awarded in recognition of students who excel in a sporting discipline • Technology: recognises students who exhibit outstanding skill in the use of technology for a productive and altruistic purpose. Who can apply?Applications are welcomed from the following students:
• New and existing Heritage College students entering Year 7, 2021
• Existing students of Heritage College entering Year 10, 2021
• Applications close Friday 14 August 2020.
Terms and conditions of ScholarshipIn order to receive the full value of a scholarship, students are required to maintain satisfactory academic progress and behaviour. This condition will be determined at a meeting of the Heritage College Leadership Team. Appeals in relation to decisions from the Leadership Team are to be addressed to the Principal.
Scholarships are available to Australian citizens or permanent residents only. Scholarships are awarded for a three-year period in 2021 and are valid until 2023.
How to apply 1. New students will complete and submit
an Enrolment Form with their Scholarship Application. Existing students are to complete the Scholarship Application Form only.
2. Return the Scholarship Application by the due date.
3. Attach all relevant information, as the application will only be considered if it is complete.
Applications for 2021 scholarships close 3pm Friday 14 August 2020.
