Identify non-LEP students for regular mainstreaming next year
Identify students who meet all exit criteria and provide list/minutes to clerk & bilingual/ESL dept.

New students to the state of Texas & Pre-K and Kinder students
Student must have been tested with TELPAS the year prior or EOY SELP must be administered
Established baseline must match EOY assessment
(i.e.- TELPAS to TELPAS, SELP to SELP)
