INTRODUCCIÓN
Definimos al deporte como todas las formas de actividades físicas que mediante una participación organizada o no, tienen como objetivo la expresión o la mejora de la condición física y psíquica, el desarrollo de las relaciones sociales o la obtención de resultados en competición de todos los niveles. Puntualizamos lo importante del objetivo por el cual nos inclinamos a la práctica de alguno en específico, que de ella derivaba el nivel de interés con el cual realizábamos dicha actividad. En este marco estudiaremos las características y conceptos básicos del voleibol en sus aspectos más fundamentales de forma tal que lleguemos a comprender de una forma sencilla sus estructuras y alcanzar con esto la comprensión necesaria que nos permita realizar la práctica del mismo.
