Across his 2 starts, Lawrence allowed just 1 earned run on 8 hits across a league-leading 15.0 innings of work. He held opposing hitters to a .154 batting average and recorded 13 strikeouts while issuing just 1 walk. His complete-game shutout spun on June 5 was completed in under 100 total pitches, marking the 2nd time he's accomplished the feat with Tacoma in the last 12 months. Previously, Lawrence blanked the Albuquerque Isotopes on just 95 pitches on July 3, 2017. In 9 appearances (7 starts) with the Rainiers this season, Lawrence has gone 4-2 with one save and a 2.62 ERA (13 ER, 44.2 IP). He has limited opposing batters to a .236 (41x174) average while striking out 43 with just 4 walks. Lawrence has also logged 4 relief outings with Seattle this year.
