The Nettleton Mansion | In our Nettleton Commons community, a hallmark of the landscape was the historic Nettleton

Mansion (shown below). Rather than tearing down this remarkable 1914 dwelling, we moved it to the perimeter of the community

and restored it to pristine condition. Our renovation was so impressive it was awarded Historic Renovation of the Year by Design

Magazine’s 2012 Dream Home Awards and was also the recipient of a 2012 Gold Nugget for Best Restored Single House.
