• 6% of people use Bing as their primary search engine
• 80% of respondents chose Google as their primary
search engine
• More people have used Ask (54%) than Aol (32%)
• 71% of Google users use the search engine daily
while only 8% use Bing daily

• 88% of respondents said they have some level of
concern about a corporate entity have access to their
email; yet, 32% use Gmail
• 58% of users would not want retail stores tracking
their buying behaviors. 85% of people use a customer
loyalty card.
