Quality control is implemented at all stages of production process – starting from continuouscasting at the in-house mini mill and up to nondestructive testing of pipe body and pipe ends and shipping to customers.

ONGOING INVESTMENTPROGRAM

Interpipe regularly invests in development of its production capacities, improvement of the output quality, and expansion of its product range. Interpipe focused on providing the high quality product at short delivery time for each client.

Interpipe has been conducting extensive improvement program, which included launch of in-house steel melting complex Interpipe Steel, installation of various new NDE systems, finishing lines and hydro testing equipment on the mills, improvement of heat treatment technologies.

It is the third largest and busiest, airpoi in the country, and includes a royal terminal, facilities of Prince Abdullah Air Base fi the Royal Saudi Air Force, and housing for airport staff. Interpipe supplied 2,500 tons of line pipes for a construction so far. The customer was fully satisfied with the pipe products and noted the high quality. Additional quantifiers are under order till the completion of this esteemed project.

BAHRAIN, ASRY

ASARY is one of the largest Shipbuilding and Repair yards in the GCS that operates in four sectors Ship Repair Er Conversion, Rig Repair ET Conversion, Naval Repair Er Conversion, and Fabrication -8 Engineering- which combined cover all types of vessel repair including jack-up rigs and other offshore assets, as well as fabrication of onshore and offshore industrial components. Interpipe supplied structural pipes for ASRY shipbuilding projects.

UAE, BLUEWATERS ISLAND
