Should we spend more money on exploring the sea or space?

Some will say sea and some will say space.

The question is where do we think there will be more for us to learn.

We know so much and so little about both.

Do we want to go to Mars or not?

Why would we want to spend the time and money on exploring space.

We already have shut down the NASA space program, as well as many people’s dreams.

Do we really was some other country, like Russia, to beat us to Mars? No we don’t.

We also have the ISS to work on. The ISS is the International Space Station and many different countries helped build it.

Lots of kids dream about going into outer space and being an astronaut. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-BLAST OFF!!

Some kids dream of traveling in a submarine and seeing all kinds of fish, some don’t.

We have submarines explore the sea all the time, but not space shuttles.

Do lots of kids dream about being in a sub when they can just go the aquarium and see fish or ride in a simulator?

To explore the ocean floor will take years of planning, years of designing a sub that can take the pressure, months to years of building the sub. Then after that, getting a crew and 2-3 hours a day. after all that hard work. There’s a little problem, the deepest part of the ocean is 35,800ft to at least 36,200. There is also huge amounts of pressure with that and its really pitch black. It is located at the southern end of the Mariana Trench.

To go to Mars it will take a few years of planning, years of designing a shuttle or space craft, years to build it, months to train the crew and a few months to reach Mars. A year or two on mars and a few months to get back. I think that is more worth it that like a few weeks at a time at sea. Only problem is that the closest Mars has every been to earth is 34,646,418 miles away.
