Samiti, DlDinajpur Memo No. DHFWS/1~ Date:ft;01/2018 NOTICE Interested eligible candidates are invited to appear in the 'Walk-In-Interview' on 2 nd February, 2018 at 10.00 am to 10.30 am at the office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health (old building), Ground floor, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur, Pin- 733101 for the contractual post of one District Consultant (Quality Monitoring) at a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 30,0001- per month. All interested candidates are requested to attend the same with their Original testimonials along with a prescribed application form. Selection criteria: 1. Degree in Statistics with good academic record from a reputed University. Specialization in Biostatistics would be an added advantage. Previous work experience of Health 1 hospital would be preferred. 2. The candidate must have good communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Age should not exceed 40 years as on 01.12.2018 Relaxation for age will be given for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per norms. 4. Self attested photocopy of the all mark sheets. 5. Self attested photocopy of age proof ofthe candidate. 6. An application fee in form of Demand Draft of Rs. 100.00 for General applicant and Rs. 50.00 for reserved categories to be submitted with the application. The Demand Draft should be in favor of District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Dakshin Dinajpur payable at Balurghat. 7. No TAIDA will be paid to the candidates for the selection test 1 interview. 8. Self attested recent 2 copies passport size photo to be pasted one in Application Form. 9. Authority reserves the right to cancel all or any application without assigning any reason. Method of selection : 1. Written Examination- Candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria will be called to appear in a written test. The question paper of the written test shall be set in English, It will consist of 50 questions, which will be of single best response type multiple choice questions (MCQ type). The duration of the test will be 60 minutes. The syllabus for the written examination will comprise of reasoning ability, comprehension, general awareness, numerical ability, data interpretation, computer knowledge, managerial skills, logical thinking . -:,.and public health. One mark will be deducted for an incorrect answer. 2. Computer skill test and (3) Interview: candidates will then be called for a computer skill test comprising of 40 marks and an interview of 10 marks.
