� Projectmanager must define the project scope budget based on the internal or external contract

� Product owner must list all the features in the productbacklogproductbacklog

� Create Release backlog based on budget you have.

� Define Sprints based on release backlog

� PM defines sprints and initial budget for each sprint in MS Project and publish it to Projectshare

� In Projectshare, Scrum master gather the team and creates a Scrumboard for each sprint

� On each scrumboard the sprint backlog is created and ETC (estimate to complete) are defined for and ETC (estimate to complete) are defined for each backlog.

� The total Scrum ETC is calculated and can be directly compared with Initial ETC from Project manager

� If Scrum ETC exceeds the Initial ETC. Backlogs can be moved to new sprint or PM can assign more work to the sprint

� Freeze Scrum board ETC and

� Scrum master must make daily standup meeting with the team and write down the ETC on each backlog

� Team Member write daily work in Timesheet� Team Member write daily work in Timesheet

� Use Burndownchart to see the project progress

� Use Burnupchart to see if it spent hours matches with burndownchart

� Import hours in MS Project to see overall progress

Create your project (SPRINTS) and publish

� Create the sprints in MS Project. The resource vacations and Country hollidays will be calculated within your plan.

� When you published your project you can create scrumboard for each Sprint created in MS Project.

Scrum master can always draw a Burndownchart� Burndown charts shows the health of your project. It shows if it is delayed or on schedule.

� The forecast line shows the Trend of your project based on current progress.

� Actual shows the actual progress and the Projected line shows, how the progress project should look if everything goes as planned.
