YESENIA: The Finance Ministry in Bogota, instituted a criminal complaint againstthe Fundacin Universitaria San Martin for the crime of falsifying documents andbreach of agreements for payment of tax for Industry and Commerce. Thesecommitments have been canceled for over 8 years and therefore the institutionshould be the date the District more than 10,000 million pesos.

After the failure to pay the tax arrangements of Industry and Commerce by theFundacin Universitaria San Martn with the District, he instituted a criminalcomplaint with the Attorney General's Office, and ordered the seizure of 10 tuitionestate.

The court decision stems from the events between 1999 and 2002 at theheadquarters of Barranquilla, where the school's academic program offered by theElectronics and Telecommunications Engineering, without the accreditation of theColombian Institute for the Promotion of Higher Education, Icfes.
