Siege of Stalingrad

As a Soviet Union solider I was frightened going into this war, the outcome was good for us yet the German’s were shocked by the results when they lost tremendously.

Planes used in Stalingrad

Planes were used a lot in the Stalingrad battle. They were used as a new technology and worked well sometimes, and not so well other times.

When we weren’t fighting my friends and I would sit around and talk, or work out strategies.

This was when countries came together to decide what we would do about Germany. Together they figured that Germany would not surrender. So they became the United Nations.

Battle of the Bulge

This battle was tough because of all the snow, it was very cool to see all the tanks working. I have never worked with one of them before.

In this time, we can find artifacts around the world. Like dog tags of soldiers and abandoned airplanes.
