We wish him all the best in his new enterprise— even though we are sorry to see him go. However, his spot has already been filled—as the D.C. Dave Turton has announced that Nev Barratt is to take on this role. Dave writes: “Thank you Nev for accepting this challenge, I am looking forward to working with you. My thanks also to Stuart Thorpe who will be leaving us to help develop scouting in the County, you will be missed”. Also on the move will be Steve Tupper. He has decided to relinquish his D.E.S.C. role at the end of the summer. However, Steve will not be leaving Scouting in the District as he has decided that he would like a new challenge and will be taking up the role as GSL at 1 st Trentside.
