The mainstay in my life journey for the past 31 years has been St. Paul’s. St. Paul’s has been the foundation upon which lasting friendships have been built, my children were raised in a strong Episcopal faith, and to quote from Hymn 688, “A Mighty Fortress is our God,” St. Paul’s has been “a bulwark never failing, our helper amid the flood” as I experienced the loss of my parents and my father-in-law. St. Paul’s was and still is that beacon of light on the hill that always shows me I am home, and I am welcome here.
