Section IntroductionThe “Earth Sciences and Geography” section of Applied Sciences welcomes the submission of high quality, multidisciplinary, original research and review articles related to all aspects of Earth Sciences and Geography. It also publishes concise, cutting edge, intriguing, communications and articles of broad interest. The section focuses on the various aspects that involve the Earth’s structure, interior, composition, evolution, looking also at modeling, observation, and experimentation over a wide spectrum of geosciences and at all spatial and temporal scales. Interdisciplinary approaches are encouraged. All manuscripts submitted for publication in this section will undergo a rigorous peer review process and will be shortly published online upon acceptance.
