Spell Check
A popup web based spell check application.This spell check application that doesn’t require Microsoft Word on your computer.
Preview Control
Drop down list of screen resolutions. Select your screen resolution to view your content in a different window.
Print Control
Prints your content in the editor and your URL will print on the page.
Search Control
Search your content for words or find and replace feature.
Cut, Copy and Paste
These short cuts keys work just as you would expect to cut, copy or paste items within your content area.
Paste from Word
Paste from Word will copy text from a Word document and keep the basic formatting used.
Paste Text
Paste Text control will copy text stripped of all formatting that was used.
Undo and Redo
Standard Undo and Redo controls work just as you would expect.
Clear All
Clear All removes all formatting from your page.
Full Screen
Use to view your content in a FULL SCREEN but you will loose access to some editing tools in this view. Click again to go back to normal view.
View Tutorials
This short cut key will open online tutorials within the editor.
Template Style
A list of styles defined by your site director.
Default Styles
Access and apply default styles that come with the editor.
Font Name, Size and Color
Use these to edit the font name, size and color within your content. Simply highlight the text and use these short cut keys to edit
these features of your text.
Background Color
Use this key to edit the background color or highlight your content.
Formatting
This key is used to edit the formatting of text, paragraphs, lists and boxes in your editor. The drop down menu allows easy access to these
different formatting capabilities.
Use these to edit bold, italics, underline and strikethrough of you text content.These are standard formatting controls that work just as they would in
Word, PowerPoint or Publisher.

Additional Standard Editing Keys
Use these keys to justify left, center, right and full. Also, numbering and bullets of your content. These are also standard formatting controls.
Use this key to insert an image or clipart into your editor.
Insert Image
Use this shortcut key to edit your inserted image. You can edit the images title, alignment, border, size, and spacing.
Edit Image Properties
These keys allow you to insert a link, horizontal line, and hyperlink within your editor.
Edit Link Properties
Use this key to edit a link already created within your editor. You can edit the source, target and title of your link.
Edit Link Properties
Use this key to insert a table into your editor. You can choose the number of columns and rows from the drop down box.
Insert Table
Use this key to edit a table/cell you have inserted into your editor. You can add and remove columns and rows. You can also edit table properties with this key.
Edit Table/Cell
Use this key to show or hide your gridline within your editor. Default is to hide the gridline.
Show/Hide Gridline
Use this key to insert a text box within you editor. Remember that thistext box is formatted to be in front of you other content so you will need to make
adjustments in order to use the text box feature.
Insert Text Box
Use this key to access special characters that can be place in your editor. A small window will popup with all characters available.
