A career path based on this option would lead into professional work in areas such as Sales, Advertising & Marketing, Buying, and Human resources, Visual Merchandising, Administration and Customer Service. There are two levels available in the Retail Business Diploma, Level 1 and Level 2. Both have two elements to the course. The first is the completion of the classroom-based tutorials; the second is to complete 10 day’s work placement within the retail sector.
