Contains ONLY the accountable students who were administered the Fall and Winter Diagnostics in Reading and Mathematics. It includes previous FCAT percentage, safe harbor indicators, tolerance range with significant calculation. Safe Harbor is calculated using the DOE FCAT proficiency scores.
