Overview
The Scheduler is a feature in Workforce Analytics that allows you to schedule reports in advance and receive an email when they are available for downloading and viewing.
Reports may be scheduled for yourself and for other Workforce Analytics users. (Other users must have access to the specific report you are scheduling)
How to Schedule a Report There are actually several ways which you can schedule a report.

Search Reports
Once you are in the Scheduler screen, search for the report you would like to schedule in the Search Reports field. Each report may have up to 15 personalized report views. By default, the Scheduler will display the base view but you may select a different view if you prefer.
Additionally, the selected report will have a default filter that applies. It may be easily modified by clicking the @ symbol and selecting a different option.

Reports may also have multiple filter groups. For example, this report has one filter group that runs the report for Check Date, while the other filter group runs the report for Employee As of Date. The report’s default filter group will also become the default for the schedule, but you may modify it by selecting the other filter group.
Search Employees
Search and select the employees that should receive the scheduled report. Important: Please note that only employees with access to this report will display in the selection menu You may have to share the report with unlisted employees first before scheduling the report with them. Additionally, for unlisted employees, you may need to check their permissions for access to any selected reports to ensure their ability to receive the scheduled report. As an additional option, if you have Workforce Analytics Administrator permissions, you may select to send the report via an SFTP server by clicking the Use SFTP box.

Select Schedule Name & Format Enter the Schedule Name and select the Format of the scheduled report from the dropdown menu.
Set up Frequency Set up the frequency of the scheduled report by selecting Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly and then indicate the details for each.
Finalize the Schedule
Click the Schedule button to finalize the schedule.
Receive Email Once the report has been generated, you will receive an email informing you that the report is ready for download.

Download and View Reports Scheduled reports can be found by clicking the Downloads link in the left menu of Workforce Analytics.
After clicking on Downloads, click the Scheduled tab and select the report to view. Reports are available for 30 days.
