WHAT ARE “WELLBEING” EVENTS? The five areas of Wellbeing come from Gallup’s The Five Essential Elements of Wellbeing. After asking thousands of people hundreds of different questions, Gallup determined that doing well in all of these five areas lead people to a life that thrives. From satisfying and challenging employment to being part of a community, attending events in each of these areas will help you go from surviving college to truly thriving in college.

Wellbeing ChallengeIncrease your chances of winning prizes at the WOW Block Party! Make sure you attend one event from each wellbeing category throughout the week and up your chances of winning amazing prizes given away at the last event of the week!
Bring your Student ID card to each event you attend in order to track your attendance.
CORQ Check it out!CORQ is basically going to be your best friend when it comes to being
connected to events on campus.
It is a FREE app which can be downloaded to any smart device – tablet or phone – which syncs directly to PioneerLink. When you log onto CORQ for the first time, it will have you login using the login info you have for PioneerLink. From that point on when you open CORQ, you’ll see a calendar of club & organization events on campus.
So whether you want to attend a specific event, find something to do on a free night, or just need to track down some free food, it’s all right in front of you. Look at CORQ because it will all be there. Which is pretty fabulous.
