Pirelli Integrated Optical Triplexer is a G-PON Optical Block to be used in ONT modules, both for indoor and outdoor applications.

It contains a Fabry Perot laser diode with monitor photodiode, a high-bandwidth avalanche photodiode and TIA for digital receiver, an analog photodiode for video channel with low noise and high linearity and the matching network built directly on the chip.

Pirelli GPON B+ ONU/OLT ArchitectureInnovative architecture with Electronic Dispersion Compensation (EDC) to allow using Fabry Perot laser in ONUs, so to cut network cost while maintaining 28dB power budget and 20km.
