5Host a Party

SUCCESS CHECKLIST:

r Greet your guests warmly and hand out catalogs.

r Share your story: Tell why you choose Scentsy.

r Tell your guests what you love about the products.

r Help your guests choose their products and fill out their order forms.

r Explain the perks of Host Rewards and Perpetual Party Rewards. In a nutshell? Earn free and half-priced products of your choice!

r Ask if anyone would like to host a party.

r Ask if anyone is interested in joining Scentsy as a business opportunity.

r Collect orders from anyone who couldn’t attend the party.

r Label products with your contact information and deliver orders.

r Update your List of 100 (see Consultant Guide page 9), and keep booking parties!

Book a Party SUCCESS CHECKLIST:

r Find an accountability partner to help keep you on track.

r Host a party within your first 10 days as a Consultant.

r Invite guests, using your List of 100 people. Let everyone know you’re a Scentsy Consultant now!

r Set up your launch party on your Workstation – your online business management tool. (see Consultant Guide page 7). • Go to the Orders tab, click “Scentsy Order.” • Click “Show on PWS” so people can shop online. • Click “yes” when you are asked, “Would you like to use the Party Planner option?”

r Label your catalogs and marketing materials with your contact information. Then, pass them out to everyone you know!

r Set up your Personal Website (PWS).

The Training Center on your Workstation has video tutorials on hosting Scentsy parties. The New Consultant tab is just for you!

Learn to Party SUCCESS CHECKLIST:

r Get familiar with each product and marketing tool in your Starter Kit.

r Get familiar with Host Rewards, incentives for your friends and acquaintances to host Scentsy parties (see Consultant Guide page 12). r Check out the Party Presentation Tool Kit in your Training Center (New Consultant tab) for ideas on product displays, party games, presentation ideas, and more.

r Create a product display with items in your Starter Kit.

r Practice your presentation (describe a fragrance, explain why you like a warmer, etc.).

r Create a calendar with your available dates for future parties.

Start to RecruitNow that you’ve held a successful launch party, it’s time to set your next goal!

r Reach 1,250 points in PRV orr Sponsor 3 Consultants in your first 70 days.*

You earn: • A Certificate of Achievement. • A lapel pin. • Generous product credit.

This is just Level 1 of Scentsational Start. Two more levels offer even greater rewards!

Contact your Sponsor for tips and tricks to reach Levels 2 and 3.

*A Consultant is considered active if they have at least 150 points in PRV during the monthly commission period.

Level 1

Set a GoalAlong your Scentsy journey, you will have the opportunity to set and reach goals. The first goal?

r Reach 500 points in PRV (Personal Retail Volume) in your first 15 days.

You earn: • The right to purchase the Shooting Star Enhancement Kit. That’s $295 worth of Scentsy Fragrance product for just $200! • Shooting Star bracelet or pin

Remember: When you reach 1,000 points in PRV, your commission bumps up to 25%!

TIP: A successful launch party is the best way to earn the Shooting Star Award. Following steps 2 through 4 will help you earn it!
