• Considering the current socio-economic and technological environment, we had to critically consider contemporary approaches to the Integrator 4.1 system training.

• Our approach will integrate digital technologies in the training process in order to enhance customisation, learner autonomy, interaction and engagement.

• Modern training approaches meet a broader range of learners’ needs through a mix of face-to-face and online instructional methodologies.

• Adapt IT will mainly utilise the blended training model to bring in the advantages of online technology without taking away important aspects of the traditional face-to-face approach.

• In order to effectively complement face-to-face training, the e-learning component will include the following elements:

o Content – online learning materials, simulations, webquests, and videos

o Interactive sessions – audio/video presentations, group discussions, presentations
