Guidelines for Online Enrollment School Year 2021-2022 In compliance with the directive of the Department of Education, St. Benedict School of Novaliches, Inc. will be implementing its Online Enrollment System (OES) for School Year 2021-2022. The following are the guidelines for online enrollment: 1) In light of the current pandemic brought about by the COVID-19 virus, and in order to ensure the health and safety of everyone, face to face interaction is discouraged. 2) In order to facilitate ease in the online enrollment process, SBSN has created the following links: a) SBSN Enrollment and Tuition Fee Link This is a link that will provide an Enrollment and Survey Form which shall be accomplished by all enrollees including transferees. This link will accept proof of payment of SBSN tuition fees. To enroll, please click SBSN ENROLLMENT FORM – SY 2021-2022 b) SBSN Books Payment Form for School Year 2021-2022 Link This is a link that will provide enrollees with an SBSN Books Payment Form for SY 2021-2022. This link will accept proof of payment of SBSN Books. To pay for SBSN Books, please click SBSN BOOKS PAYMENT FORM 3. Please fill up all “required items” in the SBSN Enrollment and Survey Form and SBSN Books Payment Form for SY 2021-2022. A. Guidelines for Online Enrollment School Year 2021-2022

3. Please fill up all “required items” in the SBSN Enrollment and Survey Form and SBSN Books
Payment Form for SY 2021-2022. Otherwise, the enrollee will not be able to proceed in accomplishing the forms.
4. Once the forms have been accomplished, they will automatically be part of the database of SBSN.
a) For successful submission of the St. Benedict School of Novaliches, Inc. Enrollment and Survey Form, you will receive a generated response which reads:
“Congratulations, you have successfully submitted your duly accomplished enrollment form for SY 2021-2022 to St. Benedict School of Novaliches, Inc. You will receive a copy of the official receipt via email once payment has been confirmed. Thank you.”
b) For successful submission of the SBSN Books Payment Form for SY 2021-2022, you will receive a generated response which reads:
“This is to acknowledge receipt of your payment for SBSN Books SY 2021-2022. You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been validated. Thank you.”
5. Once receipt of payment for tuition fee is confirmed, SBSN shall send an email containing the
official receipt and a declaration that the learner has been officially enrolled for School Year 2021-2022. A confirmation email will likewise be sent once payment for the books have been validated.
B. Revised Schedule of Tuition and Book Fees
Having acknowledged the substantial change in the set-up for School Year 2021-2022 and in view of the financial challenges brought about by the Covid-19 Pandemic, SBSN has decided to observe the following changes in the tuition and book fees:
a) SBSN has removed all computer fees in all levels b) Fees for activity sheets have been waived c) Requirement to purchase SBSN notebooks has been discontinued d) SBSN books will be sold to its learners at cost.
However, the miscellaneous fee will remain as SBSN shall be increasing its cost of upgrading its IT facilities and other related expenses to make sure ALL its learners are afforded the same lessons and learning materials. THERE WILL BE NO TUITION FEE INCREASE FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022. Please see attached schedule of tuition and book fees. C. (ESC) and the Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP) Despite the lengthy delay in payment by the Department of Education, SBSN remains committed in affording quality education to all grantees of the ESC and SHS VP. SBSN shall continue to accept enrollee-grantees of said programs for School Year 2021-2022. Thank you. 3 May 2021.
