is available in seven
different sizes for
stopper volume from
30 to 300 litres.

The rubber stopper treatment unit Lavotherm, Type GWS, was
developed for the pharmaceutical, biotechnological and rubber
stopper producing industry for cleaning, siliconizing and sterilizing
of rubber stoppers, plungers etc.
Rubber stopper treatment according to the rotation principle with
special spraying system procures highest cleaning results.
Controlled rotation movement during heat treatment prevents
agglutination of stoppers. At the same time process adjusted
rotation frequency ensures minimal particle generation.
Best dryness degrees allow immediate further usage of parts
(e.g. stoppers for Lyo-products).
