A FIRST generation entrepreneur successfully heading the 300 Cr Armee Group of companies with businesses spanning import and export trade, power electronics, retail mobility chain stores, hospitality, luxury lighting and consumer durables.

Ridhish has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience across a variety of industries although his specialism will always lie in knowing what is required to build successful businesses. Ridhish has bulitArmee Group by carefully implementing successful strategic interventions around business transformations, helped the group navigate complex environments to drive the businesses forward.

His passion for entrepreneurship has led him to now promote new ventures by financial support, strategic and managerial participation. Ridhish holds a degree in management and has about 17 years of experience.

Jyotindra has 42 plus yrs of Corporate Management Experience in Pharmaceuticals , Financial Services, Chemicals and horological Industries. His expertise has been deeply entrenched into financial corporate restructuring. His last assignments involved moving into a more strategic role as the business Head and President of an International JV. Over the last 4 years Jyotindra has been a corporate business advisor to pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical exports along with playing a key role as an advisor to establishments in financial services, realty, packaging and power electronics.

His knowledge and strong experience over the last two plus decades has led him to now focus on the following areas at SBAL

Our People


Savio has an extensive background with large corporate consortiums and has also been able to build and create enviable growth with start ups. Entrepreneurial by nature and at the same time harnessing the ability to work, manage and optimize team effectiveness. Solid in-depth domain experience with media, insurance, telecom, design and retail.

In his years of experience he has been hands on in creating and implementing growth strategies, business modelling, product management, driving large sales and business development teams, brand creation and positioning, channel development. His passion involves exploring and studying the applications of Bid Data Analytics from a prescriptive position and its impact as an evolution towards data driven decisions and the cycle of continuous improvement.Savio holds a degree in Economics and statistics from MS University of Baroda, a graduate diploma from NMIMS Mumbai and a MBA from Strathclyde Business School UK. He is also an alumni of ISB Hyderabad CEE.

Nandak focuses on customer centric training modules that are result oriented. His client companies have a wide spectrum of organizations from Bac free to L&T and from FITAG to ArMee group. His core expertise is in enabling each employee in realizing the vision, mission & values of the company through people skills . One of his core areas of expertise is in understanding the drivers of passion and enabling alignment of individual passions to the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

He holds a Master of Labor Welfare and a rare international diploma in guidance & counseling from NCERT Bhopal in Collaboration with COL CANADA.
