– It is extremely difficult to isolate behaviour change from other variables e.g. external temperature, visitor numbers.
• Real Time Information– RTI is a prompt and an enabler, but behaviour
transformation needs more than this.
• People– Individuals are most likely to change their behaviour when
they are interacting positively with other people.
• Management– Individuals need to see the organisation acting in the same
way that they are being asked to behave.
