Specifications for Mounting Device in RackThe SVR-4500 can be mounted in a 1U rack style enclosure (RCK-3000). The next figure shows a partial view of a typical rack used to house an SVR-4500 and other devices.
SVR-4500The exploded view (below) shows the SVR-4500 mounted with a rack—RCK-3000 (front access and removable faceplate, sliding trays, and mounting brackets)— and an RCV-3000 (top cover). The open shelf design allows for proper ventilation and easy wiring.
Cooling air enters the SVR-4500 through the gap around the bottom cover and exits through the vent on the back (as shown below). The SVR-4500 should be placed such that the airflow around the bottom cover and the back vent, is not obstructed.
