able (1) to recognize the goals, controversies, and unintended consequences of public reporting of healthcare-associated infections; (2) identify organizations and govern-mental agencies behind the public reporting movement; and (3) to participate in development of poli-cies and procedures regarding HAI reporting.

2009 IDAC Members may pre-register for FREE, which includes morning receptions, sessions, buffet lunch, breaks, reception, and banquet. Member on-site registration is $20, though banquet may not be available. IDAC membership is open to all M.D.s, Pharm.D.s, and Ph.D.s with an interest in Infectious Diseases, and qualifying non-members may join by adding dues to the Registration Form.

Nonmembers may register for symposium sessions for both days or Sunday only (ban-quet is extra). See Registration Form for pre-registration and on-site registration fees.

CANCELLATION POLICYSymposium registration and banquet fees will be refunded (minus $10 service fee), if written notification is received by Friday, April 24, 2009.
