SATORI ' s name is taken from a Zen term suggesting the coming together of separate parts to form a whole - a perfect metaphor for chamber music. Upon formation of its Board of Directors, the musician-managed chamber ensemble, based in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley, began in 1996. SATORI ' s core musicians have performed together for many years, and are frequently joined by additional guest artists. SATORI ' s schedule regularly includes appearances at area colleges, museums, and music festivals. In-school educational programming, multidisciplinary performance projects, and concert series at area senior residences and hospitals are all part of SATORI ' s community outreach and many partnerships. © 2018 SATORI A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Dept of State by calling toll free within PA 1-800-732-0999.
