RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS

The following changes have been implemented by SARS for the employee’s Residential Address.

Country Codes were added and South Africa (ZA) is the default when selected.

1. Select the employee. 2. Select Employee Information > Personal Details > Contact Details. 3. Click on the “Edit” button (top right of the screen).

4. The page will open up the below screen.

5. Select from the dropdown next to Country Code: the country code.

Postal Address The following changes have been implemented by SARS for the employees Postal Address.

Same as Residential Address If the employee Postal Address is the same as the employees Residential Address.

1. Select the tick box next to “Same as Residential Address

2. The page will hide the rest of the information that is not required.

Is the Address Care Of If the employees Postal Address is Care Of

1. Select the tick box next to “If Address is Care Of” 2. Complete the open fields.

3. Click “Update” (top right of the screen) when completed.

Is the Address a PO Box if the employee Postal Address is a PO BOX?

1. Select “PO Box” in the dropdown menu next to Type.

2. Complete all the open fields 3. Click “Update” (top right of the screen) when completed.

Is the Address a Private Bag If the employees Postal Address is a Private Bag

1. Select “Private Bag” in the dropdown menu next to Type.

2. Complete all the open fields 3. Click “Update” (top right of the screen) when completed.

Is the Address a Street Address If the employee Postal Address is a Street Address and is different to the employees Residential Address.

1. Select “Street” in the dropdown menu next to Type.

2. Complete all the open fields 3. Click “Update” (top right of the screen) when completed.

Is the Postal Address any Other if the employee’s postal address is a Postnet Suite, Military or any other

1. Select “Other” in the dropdown menu next to Type.

2. Next to the dropdown menu, Please specify the type in the text box

3. Complete all the open fields 4. Click “Update” (top right of the screen) when completed.
