THIS photography book was designed to embody “conditions of visibility for a different Asia” through its use of space and its ma-teriality. It showcases works by seven photojournalists. The layout and the paper selection are specifically chosen for each photo story to highlight their themes.

CUPCAKES and frosting were the inspiration for this project. The aim was to develop a visual identity for the client that would reflect both the elegance of a wedding cake and the playfulness of a birthday cupcake.

THE logo and visual identity of the Philippine Film Festival Geneva were conceptualized from the stars and the sun of the Philippine flag.

For this project, flyers, stationery, business cards, and different types of tickets were designed.

THESE business cards were designed for the members of the PFFG team. They were printed on 200gsm matte cardboard, and they had an atypical size format which is slightly smaller than usual business cards.

THE website was created with HTML and CSS. It was a basic website meant to provide essential information about the festival.

THE first image is the original image used in the photograms.(Source: The Conformist book cover, Amazon UK: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Conformist-Film-Ink-Alberto-Moravia/dp/1853753130)

The next image are the photograms done for the book cover. Using a black and white print of the original image, these photograms were created. Variations were done with different light exposures, image positioning and title positioning.

The third one is another design study created for the film poster pro-ject. A vintage-looking photogram was used layered with the tri-color Italian flag to signify the 1950’s fascist Italy under Mussolini.
