Aimed at enabling SAP partners to meet today’s challenge of changing project environments and to take advantage of new market opportunities, the SAP Partner Academy, continuously expands its focus by providing solution-oriented partner education along the entire Customer Engagement Life Cycle Model. To embrace this new solution-orientation, the SAP Partner Academy has been renamed into “SAP Solution Academy”. Competence for SAP Partner Professionals ... Solution-oriented Partner Education As customers recognize the benefits of using the Internet, they increasingly look for solutions based on mySAP.com to streamline their processes and to unleash the collaborative potential between their companies and their business partners. As a result, new training offerings focus on providing experienced application consultants with the skills and knowledge required to successfully work in a more solution-oriented environment. ... Along the entire Customer Engagement Life Cycle Model When evaluating new options and solutions to optimize their business, customers seek assistance in identifying new opportunities, recommendations for a solution architecture, implementation as well as on-going support of these solutions.
