Consisting of over 60 part- ner systems, the client needed to quickly deploy small team of resources that could plan and facilitate the move from Detroit, MI to Montvale NJ, perform the necessary upgrades and oversee daily support. These resourc- es, which included Support Specialists, oversaw the migration for one landscape, and day to day support of 3 SAP landscapes, project coordination, process optimization and process automation.
