    Login to CRISP Portal

    Accessing Self Review Form

    oTier I , II and III

  • Creating (Employee Self Service) ESS Portal ID

    EIP Portal Employee Login SAP-HR Portal orAccess ESS site through intranet : http://crisp.larsentoubro.com/irj/portal

    Access ESS site through internet: https://pmscrisp.larsentoubro.com/irj/portal

    Enter Login ID in the field Login. Enter Password in the field Password.

    Click Logon.

  • For First Time Portal User

    Click on

    First Time

    Portal User

    under

    Internet

    User

  • Complete the Page below

    Enter following values in the given fields:-

    User ID - Enter your PSNO as user ID

    Old Password - Enter your system password, which is

    @lntNew Password - Please enter new password of your choice

    (Note: Password length must be minimum 8 Characters and

    should contain atleast 1 Numeric and 1 Special Character[@ or .]

    Value, for e.g. pass@word1 or password.123)

    Confirm new password - Please re-enter your new password

    again & click on OK.

  • In case of Forgot Password

    Enter following values in the above fields:-

    User ID - Enter your PSNO as User ID

    Date of Birth - Pl. select month, day of your birth from respective

    dropdown and type year of your birth in YYYY format in field Year

    Then click on OK . You will receive email containing your new

    password in your email box.

    You should be having Valid Email-id for using the above process.

  • Tier I to III

  • Accessing Self Review Form

    Tier- I to III Cadre employees1. Click on PMS Tab in Employee Self Service Menu

    2. Click on Appraisal Folder under L&T PMS Menu

    3. Type 2012 against the Objective setting for FY beginning 01.04.:

    4. Click on Initiate Objective Settings Form

    5. Objective Setting Description to be updated (Max 225 character)

    6. Weightage to updated for objective setting (Overall Total of Objective setting Value should sum

    up to 100% )

    7. Objective Type to be selected from the list as per the parameters

    8. Fill in the MTR (6 Months) and Appraisal (1 Year) Target for each Objective.

    9. Click on add objective button to add objective list (Default 3 no's will appear)

    10. Click on Save as draft to save the screen to edit in future

    11. Click on Submit to IS after finalizing the objective settings

    (Note: Save the screen at regular intervals by clicking save as draft to avoid inactive session)

  • 6. Weightage for

    objective to be typed

  • 7. Click and select

    respective objective

    type from list

    8. MTR Target for each

    Objective 8. Appraisal Target for

    each Objective

  • 9. Click to add Objective

  • 10. Click

    on Save

    as Draft

    11. Click on

    Submit to IS
