SAP Configuration

1. The first step in configuration is to go to the configuration menu by typing transaction

code SPRO where in the Command Field, and you will get this screen

2. In the previous screen after pressing the SAP Reference button of F5 Key you will get

the main SAP Configuration menu

3. The first step in configuration is to set up Company Code which is the basic entity in the

Financial Module

IMG Enterprise Structure Definition Financial Accounting Edit, Copy,

Delete, Check Company Code

4. After choosing edit, Copy, Delete, Check Company Code the next screen will appear,

choose edit Company code data

5. After choosing Edit Company code data option the following screen will appear which you

can create new company code through it by entering new entry

6. Choose New Entry from the previous screen and fill in the data of the new company code

in the following screen

7. After that press save button to save the company code.
