Message from Principal

I would like to take this me and say a hearelt thank you for all your

support and cooperaon in this very difficult year. Without your help it

would not have been possible to carry on as we did in these trying mes.

We had many challenges to overcome as this terrible pandemic unfolded

over the last 8 months, but with your assistance we have managed to

connue our work without any compromise on our students’ quality of

educaon. We owe an expression of gratude to all of you for helping us

persevere and are very appreciave of all that you have been doing to assist

our students in learning from home. ffffffkkkkkfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff

As you are all aware, managing our school this year was not easy; we were

not sure when we could reopen classes with all the new government

direcves. The 1st quarter was filled with uncertainty for both our faculty

members and our students. Keeping in mind the state of emergency, we had

to ensure everyone’s safety and security. We managed to plan our funds and stwaive the fee for 1 quarter for all students, and without making any salary

Dear Parents,

make this transion into online teaching. Their willingness to learn and

develop new skills for this way of teaching has guaranteed that our student’s

academic success will not be hampered.

Lastly, I would like to thank all our students for enduring with us this year and

focusing on their studies amidst all this chaos and confusion.

We are aware these are unseling and difficult mes for our students, staff,

and parents. However, working together like we have been able to do so

posively shows just how much can be achieved with such a caring and

compassionate community as ours. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal

We hope everyone can draw strength from this and keep managing well and

staying safe. We send our very best wishes to you and your families.

Stay Safe, Stay Healthy and Stay at Home.

Yours sincerely,

Principal

ASE

We are also overwhelmed by the exceponal work done by our teaching staff;

without their diligence and persistence it would not have been feasible to

cuts for our very hard-working faculty staff since April of this year. However,

it is all due to your cooperaon in paying the second quarter fee on me.

We humbly request you to keep supporng us as the third quarter rolls

around. We hope we get the same response and can compensate our

teacher’s on me. This will only be achievable with your help by subming

the third quarter fee on me as well.

Parents Feedback

“School is a place that provides educaon and educaon is the key to life.

Therefore it’s most important for parents to choose right school for their

children. And we are Proud that we could make right choice. Anant is actually

the School of Excellence.”lllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

- Mr. Rajeshkumar & Mrs. Vaishali Prabtani (P/O: Divya, Vinci & Krish Prabtani)

We are taking this opportunity to write this to express our gratude towards

the school and the enre team for taking all sort of pain to train and nurture

our children.

Right now, we’re in Palitana (Homeotwn), due to lockdown and pandemic

effects. The school has been closed for more than five months. May be, it will

not open unl September 2020. But every weekday, our children wake up

excited to see the acvies their teachers have planned for them ― wring

leers or stories, reading, games, experiments, interacve acvies for

groups of kids, and quiz. Every teacher is working hard to get the best results.

Page 19: ‘SANSKARSETU’ NOVEMBER OCTOBER

They do this for all the kids. It’s truly mindboggling. Their teachers have

learned what works and what doesn’t along the way, innovang and seeking

feedback from parents, school management and each other, all while

reassuring us everything is in control.

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has brought life to a standsll across

the world, with nearly 178 countries reporng school closures. Parents like us

have the luxury of knowing our kids will be alright― their schools and teachers are working overme so our kids can learn. That

isn’t the reality for many parents and school systems. If anything, this

pandemic has brought into sharp focus how privileged some students are,

and how others have been le behind. It has also shown us how important

teachers are ― and how they can succeed, even during a crisis, with the right

technology and support system.

While many school systems and teachers are trying to engage students, they

face at least three serious bolenecks:

(1)Stress due to economic uncertainty, concern for the safety of loved

ones, and anxiety about the future;(2)The daunng challenge of returning to schools where many students

have dropped out or fallen behind ― and increased pressure on teachers

to ensure catch-up with lile professional development support; and(3)Lile access to the right technologies or the skills to use them.

There are three key principles to strengthen teacher effecveness during and

in the immediate aermath of the pandemic, as well as opportunies for

long-run improvement:

1. Support Teacher Resilience to Ensure Teacher Effecveness2. Support Teachers Instruconally to Ensure Teacher Effecveness3. Support Teachers Technologically to Ensure Teacher Effecveness

19

Page 20: ‘SANSKARSETU’ NOVEMBER OCTOBER

11

In all these tasks, strong school leadership will be key. The post-COVID-19 phase will offer many opportunies to “Build Back Beer” that is strengthen quality and equity in school systems. We are glad that Anant School of Excellence is equipped with all the required tools, technology, skills and most importantly willingness to deliver the best.

At Anant, Every individual is trying hard to deliver the excellence. And we do understand that it’s really difficult to stand upon expectaons of every parents, but all of the team members of Anant are trying so hard to match with the expectaons of parents and children. The Content, Delivery and the Efforts by the team of Anant School is matchless and excellent by all means.

We wish to Thank Principal Sir, all the Coordinators & Supervisors, Teachers,

Admin People for taking a lot of pain for the beerment of our children.(Shri Manish Jhala Sir, Jaya Mam, Sunitha Mam, Mital Mam, Brignesh Sir,

Sanjana Mam, Meenu Mam, Benarjee Mam, Gauri Mam, Kajal Mam, Sunita

Mam, Poonam Mam, Usha Mam, Nirshi Mam, Kalpana Mam, Bharat Sir,

Bhargav Sir, Maya Mam and with due respect to the people whom we could

not menon here.)

THANK YOU EVERYONE

Wishing you and your family fit and healthy.

In this pandemic me all are facing problem. Children are also geng bored.

Their regular acvity and regular classes are also missing. But this me New

concept are very emerging. No one think about this before this pandemic.

Now school has taken very good iniave for online classes. You all are

pung very good effort, giving your best.

Kids are also taking interest in online classes.

So, thank you sir, for your hardworking and giving very good shape in

academic acvies.

Thank you to the school management for the

waiver of first quarter fees for students. This is

The Corona pandemic has made a global impact in the past weeks and

connues to hit most of the sectors, with educaon being one of the most

affected ones. Students across the world are losing valuable me in their

educaon during the imposed lockdown amidst fears of pandemic. The

situaon has forced the schools to shut down and the students to stay at

home.

At that me the concept of on line learning is the best way for the school

The teachers and the students can interact with each other at any me

without the limitaons of day or night, for providing study materials,

clearing doubts or taking tests; provided the me is convenient to all

parcipants. The students and teachers get an opportunity to maintain a

warm relaonship while communicang without fear.

I've learned that to be a successful distance learner, you have to be self-

disciplined and able to work well on your own. Since you won't be

physically going to class each week, you can take part in class from the

comfort of your own home. You must be self-disciplined because the

instructor wont constantly be there to remind you of assignments or of

project deadlines. Other obligaons may mean that you are not able to do

the work as regularly as if you were physically aending class, it will be up

to you to make sure that you are keeping up with all the work for the

course. Also, one of the main objecves of school is to become a well-

rounded individual, with the skills needed to successfully manage a busy

agenda.

Online Classes through Microso Teams are a complete revelaon in these

unprecedented mes. As a parent, I feel indebted to the school on seeing

the significant contribuon made which have kept the connual learning for

my ward.

I should not forget the persistent effort which has been put in from the

teachers to ensure the learning mechanisms do not change much and they

put forth an actual school environment although with a fresh mode of

communicaon

It goes without saying that Management of Anant School of Excellent

deserves a hats off in rendering the requisite support to the teachers

imparng the educaon by providing them aid and assistance in running

the New way of learning i.e. Microso Teams successfully.

Dear Sir

We hear about EXTRAORDINARY students who go out their way and learn

things from outside their syllabus to become all-rounder. But, Today We

want to thank you an EXTRAORDINARY teacher who has gone out of her

way and provided extra curriculum acvies like "TCS-iON and All India

Asteroid Search Campaign" to ensure her students find their way in life. We

know that our children learning is in good hands because of your

mentorship. We believe that rather than pung children in good schools,

Parent should think about pung kids in the hand of good teachers like

You. Thank You SIR for everything what are you doing for our children.
