Antonia E. Villegas, seconded by Honorable Member Erwin Michael L. Macias, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan "RESOLVES, To approve Resolution No. 24, current series, of the Provincial Development Council Executive Committee and Addendum No. 18 of the Annual Investment Program for Calendar Year 2014, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rales, regulations and policies; "RESOLVES FURTHER, To enad the following Appropriation Ordinance: APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 18 (Series of 2014) "Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan that: Section 1. The sum of £25,327,658.00 is hereby reverted to the unappropriated balance of the 20% Economic Development Fund representing existing balance available of prior years' unimplemented projects, viz: Rehabilitation/Improvement of Facility for Minors and Children, Manjuyod 1*2,000,000.00
