The current Pfizer HRMS PeopleSoft System is on the application version 9.0 andPeople Tools version 8.49.20.
Objectives of the project are
(a) to standardize job hierarchy & department hierarchy for 91 different countries
(b) to rationalize PeopleSoft HCM application through optimal use of deliveredfunctionality and decommissioning of custom applications

Benefits Applications available in the Legacy System which was in Visual FoxPro

Employees was given the Production Support. The Issues in the Global Payroll washandled during the Production Support.
