Dear Ms. Alvina Wee, Date: 15 May 2015 RE: LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT – MARKETING EXECUTIVE 1. We are pleased to offer you employment with Tanoshii Dezato Group Sdn. Bhd. ("us " or the "Company ") as Marketing Executive. You will report directly to the General Manager or Director, and you shall carry out such duties as your immediate supervisor or the management of the Company may assign to you from time to time. Your duties shall include the following: liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations; communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships; sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organisation and the campaign; managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and etc. writing and proofreading copy; liaising with designers and printers; organising photo shoots; arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials; maintaining and updating customer databases; organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions; sourcing and securing sponsorship; conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups; contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies; managing budgets; evaluating marketing campaigns; monitoring competitor activity; supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues in different department. 2. PLACE AND WORKING HOUR You will be required to work from such offices of the Company in Malaysia as your immediate superior or the management of the Company may prescribe from time to time. You may also be required to travel overseas as may be necessary in furtherance of the business of the Company, and will be reimbursed for your reasonable expenses in this regard, in accordance with management policy from time to time. The normal working days and hours of the Company are as set out below, but you are expected from time to time to work without further remuneration for such additional hours and/or days as may be required for the satisfactory performance of your duties or as requested by management from time to time: Monday to Friday : 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with 1 hour's lunch break from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. 3. PROBATION PERIOD You will undergo a period of probation during the first 90 days of your employment with the Company. This period of time allows you to assess the suitability of your job to your personal career plans, and also permits us to assess your job performance. We retain the right to extend your probation period at our discretion. During your probation period, either party can terminate your employment by giving at least 24 hours' notice in writing.
