Fri 22 ARIZONA
5.30am There’s time for a quick bite before we head out for this mornings activity.
Yes it’s an early start but nothing on earth beats the exhilarating experience of hot air
ballooning. Guests will travel at speeds of five to six miles per hour and experience
virtually no sensation of motion because they are flying with the wind.
6.00am We begin with a "pre-flight briefing" as the balloons are inflated by motorized fans.
Once filled with air, the propane burners are ignited to heat the air inside. In about
thirty minutes we are ready for flight. As guests gently leave the Earth, they will have an
unobstructed 360-degree view to take excellent photographs. Flying close to the
ground, usually under 400 feet and at this altitude you can see desert life: jack-rabbit,
quail, roadrunner, coyote, deer, javalina and other desert animals.
9.30am Breakfast at the ranch.
10.30am Check out and settle your incidental accounts and meet in the lobby for our transfer to
the mighty Grand Canyon.
1.00pm Guests disembark at Guano Point to enjoy a glass of champagne and picnic box lunch and
snap some breathtaking photos of this amazing site.

Grand Canyon West spreads over 9,000 acres with colorful views of deep canyon walls
separated by the Colorado River. The Hualapai Indian Nation owns the West Rim located
in Northwest Arizona and 120 miles east of Las Vegas, NV. The scenic route to the Grand
Canyon’s West Rim is through historical Henderson and Boulder City. The narrator will
point out views of interest and as the Coach crosses Hoover Dam, guests will have the
opportunity to take photos. Once at the Canyon, a Hop-On-Hop-Off shuttle system is
available to take guests to different viewing areas. The time frame for this part of the
tour is individualized, but the guest must return to the originating property in time for
departure to Las Vegas.
The Skywalk glass bridge suspends 4,000 ft above the Grand Canyon floor. The first
guest to walk out on the Skywalk was Buzz Aldrin, the first man to walk on the moon.
Also, during the ceremony, the first Native American in space, John Bennett Herrington,
led the Tribal Leaders to greet Buzz Aldrin at the apex of the walkway. Native American
Village hosts five authentic dwellings constructed by representatives of each Nation. The
Amphitheatre demonstrates live Native American performances from multiple tribes.
The shows are all day long and the theatre can seat approximately 250 guests.
3.00pm Depart the Grand Canyon and head for Las Vegas.
5.30pm Las Vegas is an internationally renowned major resort city for gambling, shopping and
fine dining and bills itself as The Entertainment Capital of the World. Las Vegas is a
popular setting for films and television programs. There are numerous outdoor lighting
displays on Fremont Street and elsewhere in the city.
From the beautiful mountains of Red Rock Canyon, the ski resort at Mount Charleston,
water sports at Lake Mead, to the glittering “Las Vegas Strip”, the city boasts something
for everyone!

The Sales Excellence Club guests will be staying at the Bellagio. To say that this is a flash
hotel would be the ultimate in understatements. Bellagio stands at 50 stories of pure
luxury and most view it as the most elegant on the Strip.
This AAA Five-Diamond award winning resort is framed by its most notable feature, the
Fountains of Bellagio. Traffic stops just to get a glimpse of the 9-acre, manmade lake
and the unique performance of dancing water synchronized to music. Not only is the
Strip’s congestion a common occurrence, but the fountains are recognized by many
fans of Ocean Eleven, Ocean’s Thirteen, 2012, and the Hangover movies. Many scenes
use the fountains 1,203 nozzles breaking the water surface and lights illuminating the
hotel tower to hues of purple or red-white-and-blue.
Beyond the entrance is the living heart of the resort, the Conservatory. Fresh flowers
and foliage create the holidays and seasons, providing the perfect backdrop for visitor
photos. All is under the protection of a dome atrium under greenhouse glass. Bellagio
guests will be overwhelmed by the Conservatory’s beauty and abundance of color,
fragrance, volume and texture.
A walk through the lobby and casino, a guest will find another striking feature of the
Bellagio situated along the hotel’s watery shoreline. The retail village is known as Via
Bellagio. The restaurants and shops represent some of the most exclusive names
around including Tiffany and Co., Hermes, Armani, and Le Cirque. Detailed tile work,
sculptures, and walls of cascading chocolate complete the artistic endeavors that
symbolize this grand hotel.

need only sign a card and receive their room key/pass.
7.00pm Dinner this evening is own care until 8.00pm.
8.00pm Meet in the lobby for a fully escorted tour of Las Vegas; great in the day, but most
impressive by night, as only a local can show you. Visit Glitter Gulch, see the myriad of
lights, cruise down the famed "Strip" with its blaze of Neon lights, and its colourful
history......
Participants can enjoy the sights and the stories on their own personalized tour of the Las
Vegas Strip. Our limo drivers are at our disposal while champagne flows and we cruise the
Strip, visiting casinos of our choice, stopping for a bite to eat if desired, checking out the
many clubs, or generally having the time of their lives. Return to the hotel 11.00pm.

Sun 24 LAS VEGAS

Today is at leisure unless you have signed up for a trip to the Las Vegas Premium

10.30am Guests meet in the lobby for transfer to their day’s activity - a trip to Las Vegas Premium

Gabbana, Guess, Kenneth Cole and Polo Ralph Lauren, as well as mid-priced stores like

complementing the surrounding area.

The Strip may sparkle and the neon may shine, but nowhere in Las Vegas will you find a
more dazzling spectacle than Bali Hai. Designed by Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley in 2000,
the Bali Hai course is a worthy namesake of the famous Indonesian land of
enchantment. The lush surroundings include seven-acres of opulent water features, a
total of 4,000 trees with 2,500 stands of towering palms and 100,000 Bali Hai Golf Club
tropical plants.
Entering through ornate double doors, guests are transported to a Balinese paradise,
where attention to detail and dining enjoyment are immediately apparent – setting the
stage for our Vintage Vegas at Bali Hai Dinner.
7.30pm Naturally no Vintage Vegas Gala Dinner would be complete without show girls and
tonight our guests are greeted and escorted by two of these exotic creatures to our pre
dinner drinks reception. As waiters serve drinks and canapés there is plenty of time for
photos before we are escorted to dinner.

announcement from our MC, “ladies and gentlemen for one night, only please welcome
to the stage, the one, the only Miss Marilyn Monroe!
This fabulous performer sings several well known songs including I wanna be loved by
you, and ending with everyone’s favourite “Diamonds are a girls best friend.” Va Va
Vroom!
9.10pm Dessert is served and along with it we have the chance to hear one of the Vegas greats –
none other than Frank Sinatra.
Starting with “That’s life” and “My way” Frank chats with the audience in between songs
finishing with “Fly me to the moon” and finally everyone’s favourite “New York, New
York” Frank takes it home and leaves the stage to make way for The Trip – Vegas’s
number one rock cover band performing the most current rock dance and top forty hits
from either the 60’s, 70’s 80’s and 90’s. The Trip has rocked for Microsoft, Disney, IBM
and Budweiser. They are simply put the BEST!
