Enter employee code and enter employee’s salary and allowances.
On financial options tab, check the option Under Social Security and select the social security type then enter fixed and dynamic SS base salary, the upper and the lower limits.
On Tax Data tab, check the options Taxable.

03 Go to: Workforce Management Financial Transactions Salary Transactions Salary Calculation.
Enter employee code and select a month then click on Calculate button.

04 Click on View Report button. The salary slip should appear, showing tax and social security amounts.
Social security amount calculated as follow:
XX = Upper Limit for Social Security Salary (Dynamic/Fixed) – SS Base Salary (Dynamic/Fixed).
If xx <= sum of non-payroll transactions at the current month, then:(SS Base Salary (Dynamic/Fixed) * Social Security Percentage)+ (XX * Social Security Percentage).
If xx > Sum of non-payroll transactions at the current month, then:(SS Base Salary Dynamic /Fixed)*social security percentage)+ (sum of non-payroll transactions * social security percentage)
In the example in the Screenshot:(800*11%) + (0*11%) = 88 (Dynamic)(400*14%) + (0*14%) = 56 (Fixed)So: 88 + 56 = 144

07 Go to: Workforce Management Financial Transactions Salary Transactions Tax Breakdown.
Enter employee code and select month 12, and then click on Tax Breakdown button.
The tax breakdown should show the sum of worth salaries with (Other Income - Other Deductions - Vacation Compensations - Overtime) amounts deducting social security amount if included, to calculate the net income before exemptions.
Employee exemptions (Total income, personal, wife, children, parent university, college, loans and other exemptions) will be deducted from the net income before exemptions to produce the net income submissive to tax.
Net income submissive to tax will subject to tax brackets, this will give the tax amount, if there is any non-payroll tax value it will be added to the tax value, this will produce final total tax amount.
