SECTION A: CREATIVE & VISUAL ABILITY
Question 1 Marks 03 X 04 = 12
Draw using colour medium, a tea-kettle made of the following
materials: • Aluminium / Steel • Ceramic • Glass
You will be making a total of 3 drawings - one for each of the 3
materials listed above. Use of Colour is mandatoryEach form
(drawing) should be appropriate to the material.

Create a comic strip in FOUR FRAMES to show a sensible
interaction between one character from the Ramayan and one
character from the Mahabharata. You may add more characters (from
these two epics only) to make the story interesting. Be
imaginative. Use of colour is mandatory.

This question has TWO PARTS. Please attempt both parts (i and
ii).Sketch a 3-dimensional form based on the given descriptions.

Question 2 Marks : 05 x 02 = 10
i. Imagine a cube of dimension 3”x3”x3”. A small cube of
1”x1”x1” is removed from any one corner of this cube. Draw the
resulting form.
ii. Imagine a cylinder of 3” diameter and 6” height. The
cylinder is cut into 6 circular slices of equal thickness. Draw all
the slices, placed in perfect alignment, clearly showing a gap of
1/2” between them.
