Train the Trainer
Benefits
Sustainability of implementation. Consistency of message, practice and review. Sharing of resources Minimised localised deployment and inconsistent practice. Common implementation and processes means easier movement of
staff and shorter learning curves. Rather than system experts (super users) grow business system
mentors for succession purposes and avoid single point sensitivity. Easier for central support services to connect to Riverina Institute. Ownership is at the delivery unit
Conclusion
Campus/Cluster management will be responsible for the implementation at campus level.
The project team will provide linkages, training, advice and support for the life of the project.
There are exciting new challenges ahead and we look forward to your continued support.
