Salim Haque is an Officer of doubtful integrity. He has been manipulating Government Records. Since he belongs to Minority Community he gets away on this account because it is Government Policy to encourage minorities. Due to this kind of indulgence he becoming invincible. But question arise what is this kind of person doing in CVC. They have not carried past work verification of this officer. PJThomas case is nothing comparing to what kind of irregularity, illegal action Salim Haque do in Department of posts.
